Sexual assault, burglary reported in DC's Kalorama neighborhood

WASHINGTON - Police are investigating after reports of a sexual assault and robbery in an exclusive D.C. neighborhood blocks from where President Obama's family now lives.
The incident happened on Friday around 10:30 p.m. on the 2300 block of California Street inside of a home in the Kalorama neighborhood.
A woman told officers that a suspect entered her home and sexually assaulted her. It is unknown what was taken from the residence.
The Kalorama neighborhood is home to the family of former President Obama, the family of Ivanka Trump and President Trump's Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson.
