Several suspects responsible for string of car thefts in Loudoun County, police say

At least two men are responsible for 25 thefts in a Northern Virginia neighborhood and the suspects were caught on video from someone's doorbell camera.

The Loudoun County sheriff's office says the men were caught on a doorbell camera in the Belmont communities of Ashburn.

Cars were targeted on several neighborhood streets overnight on April 23 and 24.

People had credit cards, gift cards, cash and in at least one case -- a gun inside their cars. They were all stolen.

Neighbors tell FOX 5 they think living in a quiet community may have led to their neighbors operating with their guards down.

Deputies say some of the credit cards have been used in Maryland.
