Season of Wishes: 4-year-old receives action figure shopping spree thanks to Make-A-Wish
NEW CAROLLTON, Md. - We want to introduce you to an adorable 4-year-old boy named Jaylen.
Like most little boys, Jaylen absolutely loves superhero action figures. During this young New Carrollton residents brave battle with leukemia, he stayed busy by playing with his favorite superhero action figures. When Jaylen learned he was going to receive a wish from Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic, he knew exactly what he wanted - a shopping spree to add more action figures to his collection!
Thanks to Make-A-Wish, Jaylen's wish came true and he was treated like a VIP for the entire day of his wish. He took a limo ride to all of his shopping spree shops, and it gave him a day that focused on something other than his leukemia and treatment.

We are teaming up with Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic for their Season of Wishes campaign. Over the next several weeks, we will be sharing the wonderful work Make-A-Wish does in our area and how you can be part of the magic.
