Police locate 11-year-old girl last seen leaving Howard County home

COLUMBIA, Md. - Police have located a missing 11-year-old girl who was reported missing after leaving her home in Howard County.

Aaliyah Breona Mayfield had been last seen leaving her residence in the 9400 block of Old Man Court around 5:00 p.m. yesterday. Her family contacted police when she did not return as expected.

Howard County Police say Aaliyah was found safe and unharmed.
