Police investigating man found dead in Germantown

GERMANTOWN, Md. - Montgomery County police say they are conducting a death investigation after a man was found dead in Germantown.

According to police, officers responded to a home in the 12500 block of Cross Ridge Way at around 3:51 p.m. Wednesday after receiving a call for a suspicious situation.

After arriving to the area, officers and first responders found the victim dead inside with trauma to his body.

The death is being investigated as a homicide.
