Pennsylvania man arrested in Fairfax for murder of 71-year-old

The fourth person sought in the slaying of a Pennsylvania grandfather has been captured in Virginia.

Pennsylvania state police say Devin Cunningham was arrested early Thursday by federal marshals at a home in Fairfax.

The 20-year-old faces numerous charges in the death of 71-year-old Joseph Monka, who was beaten and stabbed in his Edwardsville home. Monka's 17-year-old granddaughter, her 19-year-old boyfriend and her 16-year-old friend also face charges.

Authorities say Monka was killed on April 15 in the home where he and his granddaughter lived. But his body wasn't found until two days later, when concerned relatives started looking for him.

Monka was beaten with a golf club and stabbed in the neck. Authorities say the four suspects conspired to attack him and then made off with $30,000 in cash from his basement safe and stole his car.
