ROCKVILLE, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - An overturned dump truck caused minor traffic issues on Route 28 in Rockville on Friday.
No one was seriously injured in the accident, but some fuel spilled.
HazMat crews responded to the scene along with police.
The crash occurred near Route 270.
