Noose found outside a DC museum
A noose was found outside a DC museum on Friday.
U.S. Park Police say the noose was found around 6pm Friday near the Hirshhorn Museum, by a Smithsonian Police Officer while conducting security checks
The noose was inside the dense canopy of a tree. It is not known when it was hung or how long it had been there.
