Officials have released new images of two alleged 'persons of interest' in Monday's shooting at a Metro station.

Authorities say the shooting happened at the Minnesota Avenue Station around 9 p.m. One man was struck but was conscious and alert when he was transported with non-life-threatening injuries following the shooting. Police say the victim was standing on the platform when he was shot.

During the shooting the station was bypassed by rail trains. Shuttle buses were set up to transport passengers to other stations. All service was restored for Tuesday morning's commute.
