Montgomery County massage therapist inappropriately touched victim, police say
MONTGOMERY VILLAGE, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - A massage therapist in Montgomery County is facing charges after he allegedly inappropriately touched someone during a massage.
Joshua Weston Johnson, 36, of Montgomery Village is charged with fourth-degree sex offense and second-degree assault.
The police reported was filed on Dec. 10.
Johnson was served a summons on Feb. 22.
According to police, Johnson worked as a private massage therapist at a Kentland area spa.
They say he may have also worked as a private massage therapist at other spas in the Montgomery County area.
Johnson is due in court in April.
Neighbors told FOX 5 Johnson has a wife and two young children. They also say he works as a personal trainer and sometimes sees clients in his garage.
