Missing Bethesda man found safe

BETHESDA, Md. - A man reported missing in Bethesda has been located and is safe, according to Montgomery County police.

Officials said 62-year-old Michael Johnson was reported missing after he left his home at about 3 p.m. on Wednesday and did not return.

Authorities announced later Thursday afternoon that Johnson had been located and was safe.
