Missing 13-year-old girl last seen in Southeast
WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - District police seek the public's help in finding a missing 13-year-old girl.
T'Loni Fox was last seen Thursday in the 5300 block of Bass Place, Southeast.
Fox is 5-foot-1 with black hair and brown eyes. Police do not know what she was wearing when she disappeared.
