MISSING: 12-year-old girl from Dumfries, Va.

DUMFRIES, Va. - Prince William County Police are asking for the public's help locating a missing 12-year-old girl who was last seen Sunday, September 25 in Dumfries, Va.

Zunera Mahmood was last seen at her home on the 3600 block of Dahlgren Place in Dumfries, Virginia, on Sunday night, according to officials.

She is described as an Asian female, 5'6" and 110 pounds with long black hair and brown eyes. She also wears glasses.

Zunera left her house voluntarily and could be traveling to New York City or Texas, according to police. So far, Zunera has not made any known contact with friends or family since she was last seen.
