MCSO to rollout 700 body cameras

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is equipping body cameras to all of its deputies.

It's the largest rollout of the cameras to an Arizona law enforcement agency.

MCSO has purchased almost 700 cameras for use by deputies.

Those critical of law enforcement have called for body cameras to be used in order to document encounters between police and suspects.
