Maryland man charged with unlawful filming at Fairfax County mall
TYSONS - A Maryland man is facing charges for allegedly illegally recording two women at a Fairfax County mall.
According to police, Chadwick Rice, 45, had already been banned from Tysons Corner Center.
Police spotted Rice at the mall and arrested him.
Police charged him with two counts of unlawful filming and trespassing.
