Manassas Park man wanted for second-degree murder
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. - A Manassas Park man is wanted for second-degree murder.
The suspect has been identified as 20-year-old Marlon Osvaldo Bautista of Manassas Park, Virginia.
