LARGO, Md. - A man was shot and killed Wednesday night in Largo, according to Prince George's County police.
Police said officers responded to the 10100 block of Campus Way South at around 7:15 p.m. and found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
"Once our officers got on scene, they discovered a male lying in the hallway of an apartment building suffering from gunshot wounds," said Prince George's County Cpl. Nicole Hubbard. "He was pronounced dead at the scene. Our detectives and our evidence technicians are here. They are still investigating the scene. Our detectives are attempting to determine the suspect and motive in this case."
Back in October, 18-year-old Alyssa Banks, a Largo High School graduate, was shot and killed outside of a car along Prince Place nearby the apartment complex.
