Loudoun County deputies release photo in Sterling upskirting case
STERLING, Va. - The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is looking for a suspect in a reported upskirting case at a store in Sterling.
Deputies say the female victim observed a man trying to take "upskirt" photos of her at a store in the 45100 block of Columbia Place.
The suspect fled when he was confronted by the victim and a store employee. He is a black male, 5'6" tall with a beard, according to officials.
