Loudoun Co fire and rescue volunteer had ‘inappropriate contact' with juvenile, cops say

A Loudoun County Combined Fire and Rescue System volunteer is facing charges after he allegedly had an inappropriate relationship with an underage victim who he met with the Hamilton Volunteer Rescue Squad.

Jacen Martin, 23, of Purcellville has been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of child pornography.

When the allegations surfaced on June 22, Martin was suspended from the rescue service.

The sheriff's office has declined to release the age and gender of the juvenile Martin was allegedly involved with.

He was released from jail on $2,500 bond.
