WASHINGTON - The Key Bridge has reopened after being shut down for a couple of hours Tuesday night due to police activity.
D.C. police say at around 8:10 p.m., a man on the bridge threatened to hurt himself. Authorities closed the bridge off to vehicle and pedestrian traffic while attempting to negotiate a safe and peaceful outcome with the man.
