In The Know: 'House of Cards' Season 4 red carpet premiere in DC

Season 4 of the Netflix original series "House of Cards" is set to premiere on March 4. On Monday night, the stars of the hit show showed up in Washington D.C. at the National Portrait Gallery for red carpet premiere.
