Howard County man arrested on child porn charges
CLARKSVILLE, Md. - A Howard County man is facing felony charges police found numerous files containing child pornography on devices within his home.
Maryland State Police arrested 26-year-old John Monroe of Clarksville after executing a search warrant at his home early Monday morning.
Monroe has been charged with six counts of counts of possession of child pornography.
They say he was arrested without incident.
