High carbon monoxide levels send woman, boy to hospital

A woman and a boy have been hospitalized after high readings of carbon monoxide were found at a residence in Northeast D.C.

Emergency crews responded around 7:30 a.m. to the 200 block of 56th Place for the incident.

DC Fire and EMS says two others were evaluated at the scene. Crews say the residence is being ventilated and readings are returning to normal.
