Extra security at National Zoo's annual Easter Monday

The National Zoo's annual Easter Monday family day event draws large crowds every year.

This year, it will also draw larger than normal security.

This comes after a shooting outside the entrance of The National Zoo last year.

Police will conduct bag searches and screenings at entrances Monday to keep the day safe and peaceful.
