Downed power lines shut down I-95 in Fredericksburg

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. - All lanes of Interstate 95 are closed in both directions at Exit 130 (Route 3) in Fredericksburg due to downed power lines, officials said.

Drivers should expect major delays and are advised to use alternate routes. 

The cause of the downed lines remains unknown.
