Death of Southeast DC 3-year-old ruled a homicide
WASHINGTON - D.C. police said on Tuesday that the death of a 3-year-old who was found unconscious at a home in Southeast in March has been ruled a homicide.
Police responded to the home in the 1900 block of Savannah Terrace, Southeast around 12:47 a.m. on Friday, March 15.
When they arrived, they found the girl, who was taken to a local hospital.
The child succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.
