DC's stuffed groundhog Potomac Phil says more winter, political gridlock ahead

Like his Pennsylvania counterpart, Punxsutawney Phil, Potomac Phil's handlers say he has "predicted" six more weeks of winter after seeing his shadow. Councilman Jack Evans led the group who also said Phil "predicted" more political gridlock in the coming weeks.
The annual event at D.C.'s Dupont Circle features polka music and local lawmakers.
