DC teen was last seen over a week ago, police say

WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - D.C. police are asking for the public's help as they search for a Northwest teen who was last seen more than a week ago.

According to police Shamara Mercer, 16, in the unity block of K Street on Friday, April 12.

Her disappearance was reported on Friday, April 19.

Mercer is a black female with a medium complexion.

She is 5-foot-7 and 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
