DC police offer $10K for armed carjacking suspect

WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - DC police are offering up to $10,000 for information on a Southeast man wanted for an armed carjacking earlier this month.

Police say 18-year-old Kayvaughn Brown of Southeast DC robbed the victim at gunpoint July 5th at 14th and E streets, Southeast.
