DC police looking to identify suspect who inappropriately touched woman walking on sidewalk
WASHINGTON - Police are searching for a suspect who groped a woman as she was walking on the sidewalk in Northwest D.C.
D.C. police say the sexual abuse incident happened in the 1100 block of New Hampshire Avenue just after 8 a.m. on June 13.
According to the police report, the 31-year-old victim was walking when the suspect touched her vagina without her permission.
Police have released video of the suspect, who was captured on a surveillance camera in the area, walking behind the woman. He is seen wearing a hat, a blue t-shirt and jeans.
