WASHINGTON - D.C. police are celebrating new life in the District after two of their own helped deliver a baby early Thanksgiving morning.
Officials confirm one of their officers and a sergeant helped a woman give birth in her car around 2:30 a.m. outside the Parkhill Apartments on Park Road in northwest.
