Crash brings down wires, utility pole in Prince George's County
LANGLEY PARK, Md. - A major crash in Prince George's County has brought down wires and a utility pole and caused delays through the morning rush Friday.
The crash was reported around 2:10 a.m. in Langley Park along a section of New Hampshire Avenue between Piney Branch Road and Quebec Street.
At least one vehicle was involved in the crash. Several people were believed to have been transported from the scene. That portion of New Hampshire Avenue was closed through the morning.
Lanes had reopened to traffic later in the afternoon. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
