Cheers to the Weekend: Dalentine

It's that time of the week when we say "Cheers to the weekend!" Every Friday night, we invite a local bartender or mixologist to share their signature recipe with us.

This week, David Strauss, general manager and beverage director for Morris, a craft cocktail bar that will opening in March, stopped by to create a special Valentine's Day cocktail for us.

Cocktail: Dalentine -- a non-traditional gin sour


- .75 oz lemon juice
- .75 oz sugar syrup
- 2 oz gin
- Angostura bitters
- Addition of soda or champagne
