3-year-old boy, 6-year-old girl out of hospital after shooting

UPDATE (3:23 P.M.): DC police identified the 20-year-old victim as Duane Antione Rorie of Oxon Hill, Md. The police report also lists a woman whose living room window was damaged in the shooting.

UPDATE (12:38 P.M.): DC police say the two children who were shot have been released from the hospital. The man is still hospitalized. All three victims were shot in the feet.

WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - Two young children and a man are recovering after an overnight shooting in Southeast.

Police say the three-year-old boy and six-year-old girl, as well as a 20-year-old man, were shot while waiting for a bus around midnight Sunday in the 800 block of Southern Avenue, Southeast.

The shooter pulled up in a dark-colored sedan with tinted windows before firing and driving away.

Police say the three victims are being treated for non-life threatening injuries. The two children are related.
