16-year-old reported missing from Saint Mary's County

LEONARDTOWN, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - Authorities are searching for a missing teen from Saint Mary's County.

Officials posted 16-year-old Samuel Leotis Payne's photo to Twitter Thursday morning.
