11th Street Bridge shut down for man 'in crisis'

WASHINGTON - The 11th Street Bridge has been shut down Monday night as police are responding to a man "in crisis."

D.C. police say multiple units have responded to the scene after receiving a call about the man at 9:36 p.m.

I-695 near the 11th Street Bridge was shut down from M Street to N Street in Southeast as police work to resolve the situation.
