WASHINGTON - We are waking up to a mostly cloudy morning with perhaps some patchy fog and drizzle on this Tuesday. FOX 5's Sue Palka says morning temperatures will mostly be in the lower 50s – so, cool but not cold.


As the afternoon rolls on we could see clouds thin out a bit to reveal sunny breaks as temperatures top out in the mid to upper-60s.
