Chilly start with early showers Wednesday; cool temperatures and some sun later in the day
WASHINGTON - A chill is in the air early on this Wednesday morning along with plenty of cloud cover and some showers north and east of the District. FOX 5’s Sue Palka says look for pre-dawn temperatures ranging from 46 to 57 degrees.
Northeast winds prevail again Wednesday along with the risk of evening showers -- especially east of Interstate 95. Sue says w may get just a few peeks of sun, but overall we expect Wednesday to feature more clouds than sun and to be cooler than Tuesday.
Afternoon high temperatures will be below average for this time of year topping out between 60 and 65 degrees. We are also keeping an eye on a developing storm off the mid-Atlantic beaches that could kick up gusty winds closer to the bay and coast.
