Court rules that National Guard troops can remain in DC

A panel of judges ruled on Wednesday that National Guard troops can continue to patrol the streets of D.C. Their decision comes just three weeks after two National Guard members were shot while on duty in the District. FOX 5's Sydney Persing has more.
