Wind advisory issued across DMV

Strong winds across the region have residents and emergency crews in the DMV on alert. We are under a Wind Advisory, with gusts up to 55 mph possible. Those winds caused power outages and posed a challenge for firefighters. FOX 5's Gwen Tolbart has more on why.
