DC preparing for weekend winter storm

D.C. is urgently preparing for this weekend's winter storm. Roads and being treated and crews are preparing. But there's another group getting ready to help some of the most vulnerable community members. FOX 5's Sydney Persing has more on the "Snow Team Heroes."
