Early kickoff for Northwest High football game due to safety concerns

It’s on in Germantown as Quince Orchard and Northwest High Schools - both undefeated - are drawing in big crowds for Friday night's football game. Unfortunately, that game comes with heavy security and a new start time due to lots of safety changes after recent violence.
