Montgomery County women collecting cash to surprise restaurant workers with massive tips

The pandemic has hit the restaurant industry hard and as the holidays approach a new trend is forming. It?s called the 2020 Tip Challenge ? and two Maryland women are getting in on it and hoping you will help.
