Proposal to shift police funds in Prince George's County

Protesters nationwide have called for police department budgets to be reinvested or defunded. In Prince George's County, the county executive announced a first step at listening to those protesters. She's recommending $20 million be taken away from a police budget and used to build a mental health and addiction facility.
