Arrest made in serial tire slashing case

Alexandria Police say at least 60 cars near and along Kenwood Drive were hit ? some of them with multiple tires damaged. Police say they have arrested one man for the crime and FOX 5?was?there as officers descended on a home on the same street where the tires were slashed.
