Police find man dead outside in shopping plaza in Falls Church

Police are investigating after the body of a man was found dead outside in a shopping complex in Fairfax County. Officers say they received a call for an injured person Tuesday morning in the 6100 block of Arlington Boulevard in Falls Church.
