Metro improving upon rush-hour delay refund program; will begin allowing bikes on trains at any time

Metro is improving upon its promise to refund customers who experience rush-hour delays. Through June 30, the transit system?s Rush Hour Promise program will give riders credit toward future travel if they experience a rush-hour delay of 10 minutes or more. Metro had previously offered credit for rush-hour delays of 15 minutes or more.
