DC police respond to frustration of community over murder of 10-year-old Makiyah Wilson

D.C. Police Patrol Chief Chanel Dickerson spoke with FOX 5 in response to the community frustration to the deadly shooting 10-year-old Makiyah Wilson in her Northeast D.C. neighborhood. Dickerson also provided an update on the murder investigation.
