Prom dreams are coming true for more than 200 students at TLC's 'Say Yes To The Prom initiative.' Hosted at Discovery's Silver Spring headquarters, the event celebrates the soon-to-be-grads by providing them head-to-toe prom attire, hair, makeup, and style consultations.
