DC?s famous cherry blossoms reach peak bloom

D.C.?s famous cherry blossoms have reached peak bloom.?The peak bloom dates, which occur when 70 percent of the trees are in bloom, began Thursday. The trees are expected to remain in peak bloom until April 8.
